Description

A refreshing tomato salad with red onions and a tangy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato (chopped or sliced)
  • 3 thin slices red onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions
