Description

Deliciously roasted red cabbage steaks seasoned to perfection, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head red cabbage (thick slices)
  • 1/2 cup butter (salted, melted)
  • 1 tsp everything seasoning (or salt and pepper)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cabbage into thick steaks.
  2. Lay on baking tray and drizzle butter on top of each one.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning of choice on top too.
  4. Bake at 400 for approximately 20 minutes or until tender to your liking.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Can serve with a drizzle of balsamic reduction for added flavor.
