- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Carefully add the lobster ravioli and cook according to the package instructions, usually just a few minutes. Once they float and turn tender, drain them gently and set aside.
- While the ravioli cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir slowly, letting it simmer and thicken. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and velvety.
- Stir in the lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the cooked ravioli. Let everything simmer together for a minute or two so the flavors meld.
