Description
A delicious and healthy breakfast option made with rolled oats, chia seeds, cottage cheese, and almond milk.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 1/2 cups milk (unsweetened almond milk recommended)
Instructions
- In five jars or bowls, add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, then mix well.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup into each one.
- Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to each, then 1/2 cup of milk.
- Give everything a good mix, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- The mixture will be a little thin, but it will thicken as it chills.
- When ready to enjoy, remove the cover and give everything a good mix; the mixture will be very thick. If you want it thinner, add some milk, one tablespoon at a time.
- Add toppings and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup or honey used.
- Experiment with different toppings such as fruits, nuts, or seeds.
