- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Halve and pit the peaches, placing them cut side up in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the peach halves and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
