Description

Deliciously sweet cookies with a hint of tartness from pink lemonade, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pink sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, pink lemonade concentrate, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle pink sprinkles on top of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
