Description

These no-bake chocolate peanut butter bites are a simple and delicious treat that can be made with just a few ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 g) natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) coconut oil
  • ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and optional coconut or nuts.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
