Description

Deliciously moist and rich Nutella banana muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.
  2. Mash the Bananas: Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir melted butter into bananas. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in baking soda and salt. Gently fold in flour just until combined.
  5. Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon half the batter into each liner. Create a small well in the center.
  6. Add Nutella Swirl: Add one teaspoon Nutella to each muffin. Cover with remaining batter and gently swirl.
  7. Bake: Bake 18–20 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
