Deliciously moist and rich Nutella banana muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.
- Mash the Bananas: Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir melted butter into bananas. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in baking soda and salt. Gently fold in flour just until combined.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon half the batter into each liner. Create a small well in the center.
- Add Nutella Swirl: Add one teaspoon Nutella to each muffin. Cover with remaining batter and gently swirl.
- Bake: Bake 18–20 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
