- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
