Description

A delicious no-bake Oreo cheesecake with a creamy filling and a crunchy Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter and mix well.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
