Description

A light and creamy dessert made with cream cheese and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar free powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or heavy whipping cream)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sweetener until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the heavy cream and beat it until fluffy and whipped.
  3. Gently fold through the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Transfer into a dish and serve immediately.
