Description

A delicious keto-friendly drink combining espresso, milk, and sweetener topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso (or instant coffee)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice (monk fruit sweetener or allulose)
  • 1/4 cup keto whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons keto caramel sauce (or chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients, except for the whipped cream and caramel, and blend until combined and smooth.
