Description
Delicious stuffed jumbo pasta shells filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese, baked in marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 340 g jumbo pasta shells
- 450 g ricotta cheese
- 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 720 ml marinara sauce
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each shell.
- Spread 1 cup marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top.
- Pour remaining sauce over shells and cover tightly with foil.

- This dish can be topped with fresh herbs for added flavor.
