Description

A delicious skillet chicken dish with egg noodles, garlic, and parsley.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and let rest.
  3. Add another 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the same pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add egg noodles and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together. Add more butter if desired.
  6. Finish by tossing in chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to adjust seasoning according to taste.
  • For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand.
