Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add brown rice.
- Cover and simmer rice for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve beef mixture over rice.
