Description

Delicious mini sliders reminiscent of the iconic Big Mac, complete with a special sauce and classic toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 6 to 8 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup hamburger-style dill pickles
  • 12-count mini slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Break up the beef as it cooks until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Evenly spread the cooked beef over the buns. Drizzle with half of the prepared Big Mac sauce.
  7. Top with cheddar cheese slices, chopped onions, and dill pickles.
  8. Spread a layer of sauce on the underside of the top buns and place them over the sliders.
  9. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle on sesame seeds.
  10. Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven. Lift the top buns and add shredded lettuce, then replace the buns.

Notes

  • For best flavor, ensure sauce is chilled before use.
  • You can adjust the toppings based on personal preference.
