Description

A creamy Cajun chicken spaghetti that’s bursting with flavor and oh-so-easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 pcs chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0 cup milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  5. Add cream and milk, then stir in cheeses until melted.
  6. Return chicken and spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.

  • For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate with the Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
