These crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips are a delicious treat that can be served as a snack or dessert!

- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch, preferably a day old)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Honey, powdered sugar, or fruit salsa for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Stack tortillas and cut each into 6–8 wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Toss tortilla wedges in a bowl with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over wedges and toss again to coat fully.
- Choose cooking method:
- – To Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay chips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- – To Fry: Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry wedges in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- While still warm, optionally sprinkle with more cinnamon-sugar.
- Cool completely on wire rack or paper towels to crisp.
- Serve with your favorite sweet dips or enjoy on their own!
Notes
- For best results, use day-old tortillas as they are crispier.
- Feel free to experiment with different dipping sauces like chocolate or caramel.
