Description

This creamy chicken biscuit bake is a delicious comfort food dish perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently toss them into the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
