- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably flavorful like Trader Joe’s Hardwood Smoked Pulled Chicken)
- 1 cup Buffalo Style Chicken Dip (this is the star ingredient)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1 package Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Reheat the chicken as per the package directions, using two forks to shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the shredded chicken and buffalo dip in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press one crescent roll at a time into each muffin tin cup.
- Fill each crescent roll bowl with the chicken mixture, packing it in gently.
- Top each filled crescent with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped green onions just before serving.
