Description

A refreshing and nutritious tropical smoothie made with frozen fruits and coconut milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 large banana (sliced and frozen)
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • ½ cup mango chunks (frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the jar of a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice or coconut milk to thin it out.
  4. Check for sweetness, and add more honey if needed.
  5. Pour the smoothie into tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
  6. You can add a few ice cubes to each glass before serving.
