Description

Enjoy these crispy buffalo chicken wings coated in a creamy buffalo and ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken wing sections
  • 1 spray cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup creamy buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees F and spray a baking sheet lined with a wire rack with cooking spray.
  2. Pat dry the chicken wing sections; then place on a baking sheet and spray the tops of the wings with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes, turning halfway through so the wings cook through and get a crispy skin.
  4. When there is 10 minutes left, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; then add the buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing; mix well and remove from heat.
  5. When the wings are cooked through, add them to a bowl along with the buffalo sauce mixture; then toss to coat and place on a serving platter.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • Serve with celery sticks and extra ranch dressing on the side.
