Delicious mini taco shells filled with cream cheese and apple cheesecake filling.

- 12 pieces mini taco shells
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the apple filling by cooking diced apples with brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour in a saucepan over medium heat until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble by spooning cheesecake filling into mini taco shells and topping with cooled apple mixture.
- Garnish with caramel sauce and whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately for the best texture, or chill for later use.
